Two: I will assess your movement and position on your bike using an indoor trainer. The emphasis being a visual assessment using my knowledge as physiotherapist and over 30 years experience of riding endurance events.
Three: Where appropriate and if there is a leg length difference I will discuss using motion sensors to determine if for example cleat shims are beneficial in reducing any leg asymmetry.
or is your knee and ankle working sequentially to maximise the amount of power in the down pedal stroke? Numerous other movements of your body will be analysed to determine what needs to be changed with your bike set up and or your physical abilities following a tailored strength and conditioning programme.
Four: You will get 1 reduced rate follow up session if booked in 3 months of your initial bike fit. We can then see if the exercise programme or bike adaptations have improved your riding efficiency.
