If your riding for 1 hour plus I suggest the endurance fit which will give you a more comprehensive fit.

Bike Fit Endurance

Aimed at the Endurance cyclist

In-depth physio assessment and treatment plan for any injuries

Covers:

Off the bike: Biomechanical Assessment: passive and active range of movements,
asymmetry in leg and foot length, any spinal or bony deformity, all of which will need considering when it comes to optimising the clients ideal position on the bike. Any muscle weakness or tightness will also be assessed. -
On the bike: An in-depth ‘Body Positioning’ assessment whilst you are riding at different intensities and different positions. This will include a series of minor changes to their position that I will adapt further with your feedback to specific questions.
I will offer orthotics including inner soles and cleat shims and wedges which is a crucial part in optimising their position. -
I will also use saddle pressure mapping and video capture to help assess to enhance your bike fit further.

The free follow up: Once you've had a chance to test out the new position and complete any exercise rehab programme you can come back and get the position dialled in further.

Bike Fit Enhanced

For the competitive cyclist looking to improve their power out put and aerodynamics.
-
As with the endurance fit you will get a full biomechanical assessment with the emphasis on your strength and flexibility to help determine your best riding position.

I will also assess for any physical variables and offer to help determine the best bike fit for you.

I now offer saddle pressure mapping to help fine tune body position and weight distribution on the bike.

Using the Body Positioning technique I will look to find the best aero position whilst at the same time achieving your optimal riding position and pedalling technique.
