Cycling Injuries

Please see below a few common cycling injuries relating to bad posture which I have successfully treated.
This is not an exhaustive list and I will always rule out other causes of your pain and if need be refer you for further medical advice if required. Rest assured in my experience 99% of the time I can help resolve your symptoms with a professional bike fit and physiotherapy treatment.

Positional lower back pain incorrect saddle position but also a muscle imbalance that required an exercise rehab programme.

Postural neck pain due to incorrect stem length but further aggravated by occupation.

Foot Pain

Foot Numbness due to over flexed lower back and reduced flexibility in the lumbar spine. Required specific exercise programme as well as a bike fit.
