The Third Pillar: Looks in detail at your work and social environments and how they can be adapted or even completely changed to aid your recovery.


The Fourth Pillar: How you are in yourself and your mental wellbeing. We are here to listen and help understand how for example your mood is limiting your recovery. From long term lower back pain or low energy levels and how it can affect your mood.
